Little Tree Learning Center is a Bilingual Montessori pre-school serving Cupertino, Saratoga, and Campbell areas.

PreSchool Terachers
Requirement:
- Fluent in English/Chinese: Writing, Speaking & Reading.
- 12 Early Childhood Education Units.

- Preschool teaching experience with Children ages 2-5.
- Punctual, dependable, flexible & enthusiastic.

Kindergarten Teacher

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor and above in Education, Montessori or related field.
  • 12 Early Childhood Education Units.
  • Fluent in English / Chinese: Writing, Speaking & Reading.
  • 2 years teaching experience with K.
  • Punctual, dependable, flexible & enthusiastic.

    Teacher Assistants or Intern (Practicum)
    Requirement:
    Fluent in English/Chinese: Writing, Speaking & Reading.
    Currently enrolled in Early Childhood Education Program.

    Office Administrator:
  • Requirement:
  • Bachelor and above in Business Administration or related field.
  • Expert in MS Office - Word, Excel, Power-Point.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.

  • Assistant Program Director
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor in Education, Communication, Psychology or related field.
  • 12 ECE units of Early Child development credential. 
  • Responsibilities:
  • Work with program director and implement educational programs, including care and education practices, Curriculum development, schedules, staffing and training plans and other policies and procedures.
  • Assist director in planning and implementing programs that address student needs, including issues of diversity and inclusiveness.
  • Assist with developing and implementing a culturally appropriate curriculum that helps children to improve their skills, build self-confidence, and cultivate a love of learning.
  • Participate in staff meetings, in-service meetings, workshops, conferences and other professional activities.
  • Provide marketing strategies and develop positive relationships with staff, parents, media and government agencies.
  • Ensure our school's compliance with all regulations, agency policies and procedures and the Education code.
